Billing Frequency

Residential customers are billed every three months, 3 months in advance. Commercial customers are billed monthly.

Payment Due Date

Your current bill is due upon receipt. No later the 20th  of the billing month. A late fee of $5.00 may be assessed on past due balances.

Errors on your bill

Contact us immediately if you find an error on your bill. This statement will be considered correct unless our office is notified within 30 days.

Automatic Payment Plan

We have chosen a new billing system. With this new billing system, your account numbers have changed. Please update on-line Bill-Pay on the contact page.

Billing Address Changes

For billing address changes, check the box on the front of the payment stub and provide your new billing address below.

Fees and Charges

For returned check or EFT payments there is a fee of $35.00. The reinstatement fee for service stopped due to non-payment is $10.00. To have next day service, payments must be in our office by 4 pm.

Collection Times

Residential garbage needs to be set out by 7:00 a.m. and at the curb at end of drive. Commercial garbage out the night before. Please bag all loose garbage and try to get all your garbage into the cart. Place cart at curb with front of lid facing the curb and at least 3 ft from mailboxes, cars, fences, etc.

 

Moving Instructions

When moving – please flatten, cut and bundle cardboard into 2’ X 2’ pieces. Up to 3 bundles no more than 8” high.

Cart Service

95 gal. cart service includes up to 4 additional bags or bundles outside your cart. Bundles of branches and brush must be cut and tied-less than 3 ft in length and 12 inches in diameter. 65 gal. cart service is for the cart only. Service is for the stated cans only. Please note that we are not responsible for personal items left next to carts or containers.

Missed Service

Please contact the office the next business day after confirming the can was not emptied.

Extra Garbage

Each account is allotted one 95 gallon Mountain View Waste can along with 4 bags up to 30lbs per bag each week.

Moving

It is the customer’s responsibility to stop or transfer service. If you plan to move across town or out of the area, call in advance so we can best schedule the change. Customers are held responsible until notice is given.

Vacation & Temporary Stops

For vacations of 4 weeks or more, you must call the office to stop service prior to departure to receive any vacation credit.
